So it is now done!!! The new www.x-eqt.com is published, three full months after it was moved up to staging.  We have been busy with the CRM systems, Networks, websites, and Financial systems for others.  It is very important to me, my team, and most importantly, our clients to deliver their systems on time.  Sometimes to the detriment of our internal systems.  We “sell” the fact that every day that our clients do not move forward on a new solution they are leaving money on the table in lost efficiencies, and in many cases real money. 

So why are our own internal systems not as important????

If you can answer that for me, hit me up.  

It will be a busy end of 2009 and 2010 will also be kickin as we need to upgrade our own desktop systems and accounting system as well as keep up with the changes in the systems our clients are running plus a couple new clients (I hope).

I am better served working a bit harder and letting my systems fall  back rather than letting my clients down.
